CACI is seeking a Program Control Analyst who will, in part, be responsible for the performance of Genesis technical support projects or tasks in accordance with contract requirements, and appropriate policies, procedures and guidelines.
As the selected candidate, you will provide support resources for the performance of project management/administrative support and coordination to a complex contract or project task(s). This may include travel planning, project coordination, onboarding tasks and other administrative and HR tasks.
This position is on site in Springfield, VA and requires a TS/SCI clearance.
Responsibilities:
Independently responsible for the following:
Weekly/monthly status reporting: onboarding, offboarding, administrative issues, estimated employee deployment costsAssist with the submission of waivers, key/non-key resume’s for customer review, and occasional preparation of weekly CDRL A006 personnel manning report.Internal documentation audits & corrections when neededProcess review, improvement, and streamliningManaging office supply ordersDrafting documentation of SOP’s/processes & procedures, checklists, & guidesDay to day administrative duties: TDY support- QA & travel pre-approvals, QA expense reports, review and approve G4 Portal travel requests.Compliance training tracking for the program- includes customer required trainingAll Onboarding: Requirements vary by location and LCATCoordination of all relocations from home of record to duty location (estimates, travel, scheduling, invoice payment)Day one coordination tasks- Provides introductory training to CACI systems and processes: I-9 verification, badge requests and building accesses, time sheet prep and requirements.Program level orientation and training for internal G4 GILE processes and procedures, portal, GILE program & systemsEmployee deployment:
CRC preparation and coordinationFit for duty screening coordinationPOC for all deployment itinerariesAuthorization memo’sSPOT LOAs (Includes updates to existing profiles within the system)VISA coordinationTravel coordinationAll Offboarding: Requirements vary by location and LCAT:

Active TS/SCI is required for this role.
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields from an accredited university/college or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of related project support experience or Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields from an accredited university/college with 6 years of project support experience
Demonstrate knowledge in contract fiscal and business management, including the management of Quick Reaction Capability efforts
Experience in the development, collection, analysis and reporting of personnel and financial requirements
Skilled briefer to assist in introducing new hires into program and relaying Task Order requirements to employees, corporate and subcontractor partners
Skilled with Microsoft Office applications to maintain spreadsheets, create program documents or develop power point presentations.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
