In this position….
You will have global responsibilities managing the delivery of cost, quality, and functional targets for Global Driveline, Brakes, and Wheel/Tire/Jack team.  You will report directly to the chief engineer and manage a team of ~5 professionals. You will be responsible for coordinating sign off reviews for all GPDS milestones.  You will lead follow up activities for CR and CRID progression and track sign off issues through to final resolution.  You will essentially function as the Chief Engineer’s Chief of staff.
 

You'll have... 
Bachelor’s of Science/Engineering
10+ years of industry experience
Some travel to supplier or Ford assembly plants may be required
Off hour support is mandatory to engage with support activities in India and other remote time zones

Proven track record of excellent process discipline and follow-up
Self-directed, excellent people and communications skills
Be able to lead a diverse team from many organizations to resolve issues
