**Responsibilities**
What You'll Get To Do:
+ Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for key security programs.
+ Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
+ Collaborate with program managers to track project performance and control costs.
+ Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses to support decision-making.
+ Develop and manage Estimates at Completion (EAC) to ensure accurate financial tracking.
+ Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure program success.
**Qualifications**
What We're Looking For:
+ Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
+ 3 years of experience in program control or financial management.
+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
+ Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
+ Experience with Estimates at Completion (EAC) is a must.
+ Proven experience in fostering relationships with stakeholders.
Additionally, the following are preferred:
+ Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) knowledge.
+ Attention to detail; self-starter; clear communicator; focus and commitment.
+ Ability to organize and prioritize work.
+ Can make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment consistent with Chenega standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation, or government regulations.
+ SharePoint experience desired.
+ Deltek Costpoint experience desired.
