KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

\n\nAssist internal customers in development of program plans\nCollaborate with internal customers in creation of program cost and schedule baselines\nEvaluate program performance\nPrepare and analyze program status reports\nCustomer focus and frequent internal customer contact\nCoordinate meetings, prepare agenda and material to meet deadlines\nShadow team members to gain experience in program management practices\nComplete required training modules\nReview Statement of Work (SOW) documents for Program Control requirements\nAssign time-phased resources and budgets to work scope\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:   

\n\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field\nMust graduate December 2025 or later   \nMust continue enrollment in degree program upon completion of the internship \nValidated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher)  \nForty-hour work week. Weekly structure of three days on-site in the office and two days remote.\n\n

\n\nLeadership skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.\nData Mining, analysis, and modeling techniques. \nMust be able to work effectively in a team environment and understand and speak with team members at all levels within a diverse workforce.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills to create a sense of buy-in among team members.\nMust adapt well to a changing environment where priorities may change regularly\nAbility to work multi-tasks with strong time management and organization skills\ntenacious, and possess excellent critical thinking skills.\nAble to work independently and with minimal supervision.\nSelf-driven and action oriented.\nAbility to develop and carry out long-term and short-term objectives using effective time management skills\n\n
