Program Controls Specialist 3

As\na Program Controls Specialist III here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial\nrole in managing and directing the control and oversight of various aspects of\na project, such as scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting.\nYou will report directly to our Program Controls Lead and you’ll work out of\nour Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the successful execution of projects by ensuring\neffective control and coordination of program and project management aspects.\nYou will contribute to the overall success of the organization by managing\nproject schedules, budgets, risks, and issues. Your expertise in program\ncontrols will be instrumental in driving project success and delivering value\nto our customers.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    •  \nLead the program controls function for projects
    •  \nDevelop and implement project planning and scheduling strategies
    •  \nMonitor and control project costs and budgets
    •  \nIdentify and mitigate project risks and issues
    •  \nAnalyze project performance metrics and provide insights and\nrecommendations
    •  \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
    •  \nEnsure compliance with project management standards and best practices

    •   Minimum of 6 years of experience in program controls, project\nmanagement, or related roles
    •   Strong leadership and team management skills
    •   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    •   Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
    •   Experience with project planning and scheduling tools
    •   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    •   Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
    •   Master's degree in Engineering,\nBusiness, or related field
    •   Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
    •   Experience in a global organization
