Principal Responsibilities:
PCO\npartner with HBS Operations to support project completion on time & under\nbudget through risk mitigation, cost control & schedule management.
The Project Controls Specialist plays a\ncritical role in maintaining project alignment with objectives, optimizing\nresource utilization, and minimizing disruptions.
The Project Controls Specialist monitors,\nanalyzes, and reports on project performance, ensuring adherence to budgets,\nschedules, and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Provides\n support to project managers for scheduling and cost planning including\n activity tracking, Cost analysis, forecasting and reporting. To ensure the\n project’s performance within budget and on time.Analyze projects Incurred to Date (ITD) costs and estimate to complete (ETC)\n costs. Ensure quality of projects Estimate at Completion (EAC) cost\n forecast analysisDevelops\n and maintains status reports including Cost Performance reports, project\n schedule status, financial analysis and earn value curves reportsPerforms\n project cost risk analysis, develops project contingency budgetsSupport\n Project Managers in managing and maximizing project marginsSupport\n the Project Management team in maintaining timely and effective change\n management processes, procedures and systemsActively\n participates in project review meetings. Provides clear, accurate project\n schedule assessments and gives proactive advice to drive successful\n project completion.Responsible\n for project control procedures compliance on allocated projectsAssist\n project controls manager in the region to drive full integrity and\n complianceSupport\n the Project Managers in managing project review, control and reporting\n processes.Qualifications:
Bachelor in Engineering with project management experience, PMP certification is preferred, Bachelor degree in Business or Finance4-5 years related experienceExperience with scheduling tools like MS Project or Primavera preferred
Skill Requirements:
