Monitor schedule and track milestonesMeasure program performanceChampions Change Management ProcessesLead changeFacilitate Workflow ProcessImprove processesMaintain project meeting minutesCost Control activities, reporting, analysis, preparation of executive reportsReviews and analyzes Cost and Schedule Variances, identifying anomalies with recommendations for corrective actionsIdentify root cause, impact, and recommend corrective actionsTrack budget and program financial dataEvaluate & monitor subcontractor performancePrepare and publish metrics and reportsProvide data for cost schedule integrationReview all job contract documentsReport project progress to the Project ManagerPartner with the Integrated Program Team to assist PM in the development, maintaining and controlling cost budgets and schedule using EVM and project schedule.Assist PM in Performing risk analysis and change order management.  Analyze program riskCoach and mentor Project Analysts with less experience to improve their skills and capabilities.Ensure PM compliance with GPMO requirementsCommunicate with internal & external stakeholdersAdminister Strong Critical thinking Skills while demonstrating Project Management Capabilities
