Program\nControls Specialist III
Position Description:
As a\nmember of a program team, the analyst assists internal customers in the\ndevelopment of program plans and the creation of program cost and schedule\nbaselines on larger programs or projects with one or more sites Customer\nBusiness Teams (CBTs). The analyst analyzes program performance in accordance\nwith Earned Value Management (EVM) standards and prepares reports to internal\nand external customers.
Skill:
Leads\ndirect communication and networking with global team members, customers and\nagencies on routine matters. Ability to interact at all levels of the\norganization both verbally and written. Effectively communicates to influence\nand create a sense of ownership and buy in among team members and\nleadership. Develop program plans, ensure cost and schedule\nintegration and EAC management on larger programs or projects with one or more\nsites and/or as part of a larger team using effective time management skills. \nBroad knowledge and experience with program management processes (cost,\nschedule technical controls, baseline development, assigning-time phased\nresources & budgets to work scope, performance measurement, etc.).
Competency:
Develop and support program\nbaseline and execution, Establish & effectively communicate with global\nteam members & IPT, Progresses through required training and applies\nstandard practices and improvements, Apply EVM knowledge and procedures to\nprogram team and normal working conditions. Physical and/or mental work in an\nenvironment where international standards of safety apply, english required
Education:
Bachelor's\ndegree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related field. 4\nyears business related experience schedule and EVM related experience.
