Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
+ The Program Coordinator will collaborate with the Practice Manager, Director, and the office of Academic Affairs to facilitate operational improvements in the effectiveness, efficiency, productivity and superior patient experience; selection, mentoring, education, development, and performance for the fellowship program
+ The Program Coordinator must establish and maintain a working relationship with and trust of the Practice Manager, Sr. Manager, Director of Academic Affairs, Program Director, Associate Program Directors, Fellows and physician(s) to keep them fully informed of the issues which affect the program.
+ The Program Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships and communicating with other AHS departments.
+ Be accountable the completion of regularly scheduled tasks or events as assigned
+ Organize the various parts of an activity to enable collaboration and efficient communication
+ Organize and schedule meetings (using Teams or other technology) including save the date notices, meeting date updates/changes, distribution of agenda, creation of minutes from meeting proceedings/recordings
+ Complete regular and newly assigned supportive tasks
+ Coordinate activities, resources and/or information to support a project’s needs
+ Monitor daily tasks, pertinent communications and project calendars as assigned. Generates regular updates.
+ Creates reports and updates the team and, when requested, other members of management
+ Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines and/or deliver requested work in a timely manner
+ Practice appropriate confidentiality relating to assignments.
+ Assist senior management via other duties as requested or assigned
+ Attend and complete training and/or specialty classes as assigned
+ Duties may be deleted, and additional duties may be assigned at the PM, PA and Director’s discretion.

Qualifications:
Education:
+ Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
