Job Purpose - Program Coordinator: The Program Coordinator at COA plays a vital role in supporting the school's day-to-day activities. This position involves overseeing classroom management, implementing age-appropriate programs for children when necessary, and ensuring that our educational programs meet all company, state, and accreditation requirements. As the Program Coordinator, you will maintain records, generate daily\/weekly\/monthly reports, and ensure compliance with regulations.\n

What are the day to day responsibilities:\n\nSupport the school in daily operations, including classroom management and supervision.\nDevelop and implement age-appropriate programs for children as needed.\nMaintain accurate records and generate reports on a regular basis.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards.\nOrganize and manage activities and events, such as field trips and parent conferences.\nOversee the use of supplies and materials to maintain an effective learning environment.\nServe as the third-level management in the absence of the School Director or Assistant Director.\nBy joining our team as a Program Coordinator, you will contribute to creating a nurturing and enriching environment for children while upholding our commitment to quality education and care. What are the requirements for this job?\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMust have an AA in related field to ECE\n\n\n\n\n\nMeet state regulations of Director Designee, Group Leader, or Lead Teacher\nMaintains state in-service training requirements.\nWork Experience: Has previous work experience in childcare with management experience preferred\nEducation: Has obtained or is completing a Child Development Associate credential (CDA) or has a degree in Early Childhood Development or related field.\n\n
