Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Program Coordinator! The Program support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program guidelines. Program support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including; data management, metrics and reporting and scheduling.

You’re a great fit if you can… 

Schedule and track projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers, and Program/Operations staff. Tracking and verifying program paperwork, files, and correspondence. Data entry, gathering and tracking data, and assuring data quality. 

Compile predesigned reports

Attend staff meetings and other program support

Complete special projects

Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Exciting candidates have…

2-4 years of relevant industry or customer service experience

Excellent time management skills

Be detail-oriented and meticulous in data entry
