Program Coordinator Pay Rate: $30 – 35 / hourWork Type: On-site, TemporaryLocation: Houston, TX 77002Hours: 8:00 – 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri  Join an established higher education organization in Houston, TX where you will provide administrative oversight for the outreach, implementation, and management functions related to the program. Responsibilities:Assist with planning, organizing, developing and facilitating assigned programs and events.Assist with the formation of partnerships with business, industry, community agencies, state and federal agencies to meet the needs of the assigned program.Enhance exposure to skilled workforce employment opportunities.Gather and maintain data for and assist in preparing reports, often using a variety of computer software; prepare statistics and reports on program participation, marketing responses, budget, and evaluations.Keep current on trends, compliance issues, regulations and guidelines regarding subject matter; advise supervisor accordingly.Monitor progress of all community partners, prepare reports and evaluations of activities as required. List Qualification or Requirements:A bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field is preferred.4 years experience in student retention, training, teaching, project management, program development and implementation, program sustainment requiredHigher education experience preferred Benefits and Perks:Temporary position – may last up to three monthsWeekly pay – including direct deposit!During your employment with The Reserves Network, you can enroll in our benefits program, including medical (3 plans to choose from), dental, disability, critical illness, life, vision, accident, and behavioral health insurance.
