Program Coordinator

Are you passionate about making a real difference in cancer prevention and care? Join our team as a Program Coordinator and play a pivotal role in shaping Social Determinants of Health outreach, screening, and care navigation programs that advance the mission of the Ralph Lauren Center for Cancer Prevention at USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center. In this dynamic role, you will work cross-departmentally to support impactful programs in partnership with community clinics to change lives.

As the administrative support for the Ralph Lauren Center for Cancer Prevention, you’ll be at the heart of our collaborative efforts, providing organizational, administrative, and project management support for a team of patient navigators facilitating referral processes and care coordination. The Program Coordinator will also serve as an initial point of contact for the public on-site and at community events, plan events and workshops, design outreach and education materials, and organize Center supplies.

We’re looking for candidates with experience working with diverse populations and clinical teams, excellent and meticulous written and verbal communication, and meticulous organizational and coordination skills. Relevant experience includes employment in office management, health promotion and outreach, healthcare administration, social work, and/or community health. Preferred Education: master’s degree

Preferred Experience: 3 years in administrative or office management role in a healthcare setting

The hourly range for this position is $29.44 - $35.00.
