Program Coordinator
Our Client, a Technology company, is looking for a Program Coordinator for their Kirkland, WA/Hybrid location. Responsibilities: + The Compliance, Safety, and Risk Management (CSRM) + Mission: Deliver and operate the safest, most secure, and resilient technical infrastructure through a comprehensive compliance, safety, and risk management program. + The CSRM Central Operations team is made up of business thinkers who work closely with CSRM leadership to innovate, set global strategy, and drive business growth. + This role requires someone with strong business acumen and operational aptitude, as well as exceptional people / communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with Client of all levels. Ideal candidates will have a hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving, strong quantitative skills, and comfort addressing broad-reaching and ambiguous questions. + Execute daily maintenance activities for the staffing and hiring program + Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects and programs running smoothly + Help manage and communicate project/program progress and milestones Requirements + BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience + 2-3 years of project/ program coordination or management experience.
