Specifically, the responsibilities and qualifications of the position include: Responsibilities + Oversee the daily operations of the Children’s Mental Health Division – CFTSS Program to ensure quality service delivery. + Lead the hiring process by screening and interviewing candidates to build a strong, passionate team that supports children’s mental health. + Oversee assignments and service capacity to ensure children and families receive the mental health services they need. + Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for your team. + Track and monitor all data/information required by the state. + Assist with state reports and audits. + Monitor data, ensure compliance with state regulations, and work closely with external entities. + Attend state meetings and collaborate with internal and external partners to improve access to care. + Carry a small caseload. Qualifications + Passion for helping children & families + Strong leadership & organizational skills + LMSW, LMFT, LCAT, or LMHC; required. + Experience in human services – At least 2 years in the field + Supervisory experience; preferred + Detail-oriented & compliance-driven + Proficiency in Microsoft Office & electronic health records. + A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required. Compensation Information + FCA’s framework, culture, and values reflect the competitive compensation range. Individual pay decisions will vary based on skills and experience while still allowing for growth.
