Located in Tucson AZ, Devereux’s Brief Intervention Program (BIP) serves children ages 9-17 who are experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges. This behavioral health residential facility offers 24-hour supervision and therapeutic services to individuals in the Program. The BIP features living facilities, education/schooling, food services, medical/nursing, and therapy services.
Program Coordinators are responsible for the daily management and overall programming for the Brief Intervention Program. Job duties include supervising and developing current Direct Care Staff, training and onboarding new employees, conducting interviews and evaluating current staffing needs, as well as managing employee schedules. Program Coordinators will also work closely with individuals and their families, maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment during their treatment program and ensuring all scheduling and activities are followed. Program Coordinators are encouraged to come up with fun and creative activities and interventions to help maintain a therapeutic setting for staff and individuals. Other job duties can include completing paperwork, writing incident reports, adherence of company policies and procedures, and other duties as assigned.
Salary Range: $47,736.00 - $52,509.60
Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday 12:30pm - 10:30pm
