**Position Description:**
Supports the program director by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing and coordinating both the academic and operational activities of the program.

**Major/Essential Functions:**
+ Works with Associate Director, Program Managers, and Business Manager to facilitate test administrations for all exams, including CLEP, make-up, distance, TCFP, TEAS, Sewell, TSI, TSI Vouchers, and other exams as assigned.
+ Maintain security of all test materials and ensure confidentiality of student and patron records and interactions. Maintain accurate records of test sessions and test materials. Responsible for processing exams and returning them to the appropriate professors.
+ Organize student documents ensuring that information received is accurate and complete following up with students or instructors as necessary.
+ Integral in maintaining excellent customer service and communication as the first line of contact for the office. Requires a high level of accuracy in communication with people over the phone, through email, and in person.
+ Attends trainings as needed to maintain testing credentials and employee requirements as set by the University and the testing companies.
+ Collaboratively supervise front-office operations and security outside of standard testing hours as needed, particularly during final exam periods. Overtime is required during these times.
+ Update reports daily, attend outreach events as needed, or other additional duties as assigned by Director or Supervisor.
+ Assist with assembly, distribution, collection, and return of test materials of all testing programs within Academic Testing. May proctor exams as needed.
+ Responsible for reporting data collected through Raider Success Hub to supervisors on a daily basis. Attend trainings as needed to stay apprised of the most current use of the website.
+ Working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite; such as, Outlook, TEAMS, Word and Excel.
+ Understand and adhere to strict test protocols that follow national standards for test administrations. Maintain test security and confidentiality at all times.
+ Understand and adhere to strict cash control policies. Receive payments for test fees and maintain accurate documentation of daily receipts.

**Schedule Details:**
Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.; some evenings and Sundays during Finals and Red Raider Orientation is required.
