Program Coordinator - Center Lane
Overview: Join our team as a full-time Program Coordinator of Center Lane, a dynamic community program for LGBTQIA+ youth, ages 13-21 in Westchester county, NY. The Program Coordinator will work closely with the Program Manager in coordination and implementation of services. The compensation range is $60,000-$65,000/year. Responsibilities: As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: + Provide individual, group, and family counseling, outreach, case management, and advocacy services. + Organize and implement engaging educational and recreational activities. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. + Create the Center Lane Newsletter, a monthly publication that highlights program activities, achievements, and successes, while providing valuable information and resources to clients, families, and the community. + Supervises Center Lane volunteers in a positive, supportive, and inclusive manner, ensuring that they are equipped with the resources, and guidance. Requirements: We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications: + A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field. + Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment. + Deep understanding of LGBTQIA+ issues. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + Reliable transportation for travel to satellite sites, events, and presentations.
