The division employs over 100 full-time staff and an additional 200+ student employees to fulfill its mission. Among the key duties of the position are the following: Serves as a Mid-Atlantic regional recruiter. Conducts market planning/analysis. Visits high schools and community colleges. Represents Rutgers at college fairs/panels. Conducts budget oversight. Plans/implements events. Recruits/trains local alumni recruiters. Networks with counselor community.
