Position Information
We are seeking a Program Coordinator I, who under general supervision works collaboratively with leadership to plan, develop and implement the Policy Internship Programs.
Responsibilities:
Administration
+ Assist in establishing short and long-term goals and strategic planning.
+ Collaborate with others to create new and expanded opportunities to engage students.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across campus and program locations.
+ Assist with maintaining program records and databases.
Recruitment/Outreach
+ Assists with recruiting activities, such as coordinating and attending informational sessions, resource tables, career fairs, etc., as well as classroom and student organization presentations (in-person and virtually).
+ Present regularly to small and large groups of students and parents about program offerings.
+ Responds to inquiries regarding program offerings. Meets with prospective applicants.
+ Supports marketing/outreach activities such as updating websites and social media accounts, as well as helping develop videos, email campaigns, alumni Newsletters, press releases, etc.
+ Assists in designing, creating, and organizing materials for program recruitment, outreach and trainings.
+ Work with external stakeholders for events and initiatives that promote programs to a variety of student populations, including FFA, 4H, AFA, etc.
+ Assists with updating training materials and delivering training sessions. May require after-hours commitments.
Other Duties
+ Compiles program statistics and prepares reports as needed.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Required Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Two years of related experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
+ Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

Salary: Compensation for this position is commensurate based on the selected candidate’s qualifications.
Flexible Work Arrangements: Flexible work schedule and remote work may be available for this position, pending employee eligibility requirements are met in accordance with AgriLife Alternate Work Location Procedures.
