Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Program Coordinator II for the Genetics Department within the School of Arts and Sciences. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining student files and program databases, corresponding with current and prospective applicants by phone and email, and maintaining budget software.
Among the key duties of this position are the following: Assists the Director with accreditation compliance, distributing and maintaining program evaluations, and monitoring and managing program office supplies. Coordinates application reviews and schedule prospective student interviews. Organizes and schedules various program events, including graduation, orientation, and recruitment events. Provides academic support by facilitating student registration, coordinating class scheduling, and monitoring and documenting student requirements for clinical rotations. General office duties such as filing, data entry, copying, and scanning are also part of the job. Provides support to other Department administrators as needed.
