Posting Summary Rutgers University-Camden is seeking a Program Coordinator II in the School of Business. Rutgers School of Business-Camden (RSBC) offers several undergraduate and graduate degree and certificate programs. We are seeking a Program Coordinator II who will support the School of Business–Camden admissions process and aid applicants through the recruiting process, particularly by maintaining contact with prospects and cultivating interested students through the application process. Each Program Coordinator will act as an admissions coach and have responsibility for specific programs, as well as be cross trained to support all programs. This includes troubleshooting student issues occurring during the admission process, as well as assisting in the cultivating of candidates to admit-coming status. In addition, this position will assist the advising team with retention activities for current students, as needed.
Under the direction of the Assistant Director, Marketing and Communications, this position is part of a team that ensures a smooth, efficient, and effective process to provide superior customer service to all prospective students. The position requires multi-tasking, flexibility, strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, excellent follow through, and the ability to work autonomously, as well as interdependently and concurrently with many people, projects, and programs. Position Status Full Time Hours Per Week 37.5 Daily Work Shift Day Work Arrangement Consistent with the current application of Rutgers Policy 60.3.22, this position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. The flexible work arrangements outlined in Rutgers Policy 60.3.22 are part of a pilot program that is effective September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2024. Therefore, there is no guarantee that this flexible work arrangement will continue beyond that date. Flexible work arrangements are not permanent, are subject to change or cancellation and contingent on the employee receiving approval in the FlexWork@RU Application System.
