This position involves a variety of administrative, project management, and content development responsibilities contributing to effective communication across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in digital communications particularly the Microsoft suite (Teams, One Note, PowerPoint), expertise in leveraging AI writing tools, and proficiency in digital newsletter production. The ideal candidate should also have previous healthcare communications experience, and the ability to manage multiple confidential priorities with discretion. *This is a hybrid role (average 3 days in-office) with occasional meetings outside of normal business hours. Demonstrated ability to continuously learn and improve understanding of project methodology and tools. Proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing, project management and presentation applications required, preferably the Microsoft suite. Verbal and written communication skills, including a high level of tact, diplomacy, and adaptability. Organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects, multiple (and sometimes conflicting) priorities and adapt to a rapidly changing environment involving multiple stakeholders at various levels.
