Responsibilities for this role may include: + Coordinate and provide logistical support for small, medium and large meetings held internally or open to the public to support WHLDP activities to include managing technology/tools needed for virtual and hybrid meetings. + Coordinate, draft, develop, prepare, finalize, provide and distribute templates, project plans, status reports, action items, meeting agenda and meeting notes. + Support the development of responses to a variety of daily requests from federal staff engaged in the WHLDP and document and track major management decisions and actions. + Development and management of the application form and process (scheduling and coordination of the interview schedule for participants and selection committees; creation of assessment criteria; development of the communication plan for applicants; etc.) + Create and maintain a shared online platform (like OMB MAX) site for applicants. + Coordination and support of weekly leadership development sessions + Support of the communications between senior level executives and staff to coordinate rotational assignments, leadership trainings, and program goals + Track data entry for placement leadership evaluations + Track data entry for fellows’ experience evaluations + Weekly communications to cohort of senior leaders and executive committee + Serves as project manager to oversee MOU process between candidate, agency and placement. + Coordinate and provide logistical support for briefings, workshops, working groups, integrated project teams, committees, conferences, boards, and additional operation activities + Develop program collateral in the Google Suite, including Google Documents, Google Slides, and Google Sheets The Ideal Candidate: At Censeo, we are looking for unique candidates whose passion and enthusiasm will help shape Censeo’s client insights and workplace culture. We believe a successful Program Coordinator will have: + BA / BS Degree + 10+ years of experience providing administrative, logistics, or planning support + Experience within the General Services Administration (GSA) highly valued + Program management certification (ex. Scrum, Agile, PMP) highly valued + Ability to obtain a public trust security clearance + Strong meeting management and logistics skills. + Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience. + Ability to skillfully and diplomatically communicate with senior leaders as part of logistical coordination of meetings and sharing program information. + Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail related to project management and task/deadline tracking + Capability to maintain program files up to date and accurate. + Experience with managing virtual and hybrid meetings, namely using Zoom for + Government. This includes in-person room set up and AV set up for hybrid meetings. + Excellent customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong analytic skills. + Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite + Ability to build a strong degree of trust with the client + Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple ongoing deliverables The Location: Censeo Consulting Group is based in Washington D.C. and works in a hybrid model, allowing our staff to work remotely while collaborating with the team in the office regularly. Our office is conveniently located in the heart of downtown D.C., just a few blocks away from the White House.
