Logistics includes the functions of receiving, distribution, and inventory management. The Manager will lead a team of staff members and have overall responsibility for their assigned functions This position plays a key role in fostering supply chain's customer service image within the facility. **The value you’ll bring to the team:** PROJECT MANAGEMENT (50%) + Maintains confidential records and files related to research, programs, and projects Creates an on-going record of project successes and opportunities and applies learning for future success + Manages projects and related tasks as assigned by the Executive Director/Director ensuring deadlines are met + Manages, implements, and coordinates Faith Community Health, the Healing Arts, Music events, and related programs + Develops networks among religious, community, hospitals and other community organizations + Engages in research, prepares comprehensive reports, recommends and implements successful strategies + Prepares statistics and reports on program participation, marketing responses, budget, and evaluations + Assists in preparation of grant proposals ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT (50%) + Provides necessary logistics for meetings (internal and external) such as agendas, facilities, catering, accommodations and technical equipment + Maintains paper and electronic files of all correspondence, documents, reports, and other materials + Maintains department inventory of office supplies and equipment, including purchase orders and check requests **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:** **Minimum qualifications** : + Associate Degree + Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc) This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
