Shift : Project based role with a few hours a week (2-3 hours per week on average)

The role you’ll contribute:
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for implementing, measuring, and leading designated supply chain processes associated with logistics in the facility. Logistics includes the functions of receiving, distribution, and inventory management. The Manager will lead a team of staff members and have overall responsibility for their assigned functions This position plays a key role in fostering supply chain's customer service image within the facility.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT (50%)
Maintains confidential records and files related to research, programs, and projects Creates an on-going record of project successes and opportunities and applies learning for future success
Manages projects and related tasks as assigned by the Executive Director/Director ensuring deadlines are met
Manages, implements, and coordinates Faith Community Health, the Healing Arts, Music events, and related programs
Develops networks among religious, community, hospitals and other community organizations
Engages in research, prepares comprehensive reports, recommends and implements successful strategies
Prepares statistics and reports on program participation, marketing responses, budget, and evaluations
Assists in preparation of grant proposals
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT (50%)
Provides necessary logistics for meetings (internal and external) such as agendas, facilities, catering, accommodations and technical equipment
Maintains paper and electronic files of all correspondence, documents, reports, and other materials
Maintains department inventory of office supplies and equipment, including purchase orders and check requests
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications :
Associate Degree
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
