Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development & Planning

Prepare the development of CESP and TP program annual plan according to organization standardDevelop specific strategy for program implementation in AP level in order to meet organization or donor standard and government policySupport Data/Information related CESP and TP in AP context for strategy development and planning.Facilitate the completion of PESR (Program Effectiveness Self Review) in coordination with MEL Coordinator

Resource Acquisition & Management

Work together with AP Manager in develop proposal for grant or non-sponsorship fundingCreate interest in opportunities for program in AP’s within the zone.Propose CESP and TP budget for target areas in alignment with AP Design.Ensure cost-effective and efficent use of resources

Capacity Building

To contribute to and contextualize national training materials in the implementation and transition phase of AP’s LEAP cycle / DPA.Provide technical advices to AP team to develop contextual AP Community and Child Participation Skills on Development Program.Provide technical advice to AP team in implementation of contextual community-based child monitoring and protection systemIdentify and assess capacity of AP staffs on programming.Provide capacity building to field staffs to contextualize community orientation procedures, process and tools and assist AP to use them (including mitra OM)Serve as a resource on CESP and TP issues in AP level.Internalize and socialize WV core documents to direct reports if any.Create a Community Learning environment (including children and the marginalized) and eencourage communities to share and learn from their own experiences as part of confidence and capacity building.

Accountability & Quality Assurance:

To ensure that program implementation meets organization and donor standard.To provide feedback for AP plan’s using review tools to ensure the integration of CESP and TP, children and community participation, and other sponsorship critical aspects.Support achievement of standard quality of CESP and TP in respective AP according to LEAP3SSO and CP standardEnhancing the use of Horizon – Sponsorship (desktop and mobile) in designated AP by providing capacity building on it (in coordination with Monev Officer)Monitor the deliverance of proper sponsorship information to children, community, partners by AP.To do proper child recruitment process (local child selection criteria, recruitment plan and resource acquisition, recruitment activities, data processing etc), include to contribute in develop generic criteria for child selectionTo ensure sponsorship phase out process in transition AP (phase out plan, disposal of documentation, etc)To submit monthly reports on agreed date that contains narrative and tracking table and analysis of GNOD Sponsorship performance within the region and bring into the findings on child cases to TP specialist within the zonal.  (i.e RC quota performance, child drop, birth certificate, malnourished children, etc)To monitor and support if there is CP incident within the AP  in coordination and consultation with Sponsorship Unit and , CESP Specialist Zone, CP Unit in NO.To make sure  AP properly use tools for child recruitment (such as new AP start up tool), child monitoring (such as BP review tool, community empowerment package) and RC Inclusion.To make sure AP implement CESP and TP activities according to business process / mechanism and ensure AP’s BP / mechanism is amended when needed.Contribute on Semi Annual and Annual Report writing.

Networking & Coordination:

Communicate effectively Wahana Visi Indonesia identity, mission, vision, values and our approach to work in ways that are contextually appropriate and clear.Develop linkages/networks and dynamic relationships with all stakeholder that related with CESP and TP program implementation at AP level.Coordinate and consult with Sponsorship unit, CESP Zone  and CP Unit in NO in terms of sharing of task in delivering support to AP, technical review and development of concept, and annual plan consolidation.Coordinate with and mentor operating model partner in ensuring program implementation at district levelCoordinate with IT to  maintain and improve program/project monitoring system.

Management & Leadership:

Live among the people, endeavoring to witness to Christ through life.Create enabling and positive team environment where colleagues are able to develop their spiritual gifts and grow in Christian maturity.Facilitate effective teamwork, coordination and work planning among coordinators, officers, field facilitators, administrative staff and operating model partner staffs to ensure program implementation as standard and achieved the target.Monitor the context of target areas on an ongoing basis and recommend adjustments to program plans and management in light of changing context, resources, and opportunities.Monitor achievement of ITT and budget expense for CESP and TP regularly at AP level in alignment with AP target.
