Job Description:
Under the direction of the Director, this position provides programmatic support for all orientation programs. This includes coordinating program logistics, managing the application and hiring processes for student leaders, supervising undergraduate office staff, and presenting orientation sessions.
+ Manages logistical operations for all new student orientation including managing campus partnerships (e.g. printing, parking, event services, registrar, etc.). This includes handling all reservations, sponsorships and application management/scheduling for Orientation Leaders. Additionally, coordinates logistics for annual orientation leaders retreat (transportation, accommodations, catering).
+ Office management including: supervising/training office assistants, managing daily office operations, responding to constituents requests (Email, phone, ZeeMee management) and serve as the point of contact for the business service center for processing and reconciling all office purchasing.
+ Manages the BSO Pre and Post Modules including working with campus partners to update content and delivering modules to student users. Additionally in collaboration with campus partners, this position is responsible for planning late night programs for summer BSO sessions.
+ Responsible for the development and ordering of all office marketing materials including website updates.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Minimum of one (1) year work-related experience
+ Driver’s License
+ Must have an understanding of assessment practices, especially as related to programmatic learning outcomes;
+ Must be able to determine effective strategies for recruiting and training students.

The target annualized salary range is $43,888– $51,377, commensurate with the selected candidate’s education and experience while considering internal equity.
