Program Delivery Director (Americas D365 F&O)
**Overview** Element has an opportunity for a **Program Delivery Director** for D365 F&O covering our Americas region (US, Canada, Mexico). The position will play a pivotal role in leading the ongoing rollout of D365FO across Element as well as being a leader in the Americas helping to deliver transformation and continuous improvement through business processes, people, data and technology. The role will report to the Group VP of Digital Change and Transformation with a dotted line to the Americas CFO and the Fusion Global Program Lead. **Responsibilities** + Provide leadership, guidance and support to the US transformation team responsible for rolling out D365FO. + Work with the project team and the business to drive business transformation and adoption of D365FO ensuring that Global processes are implemented successfully. + Act as a senior member of the Project team ensuring correct considerations and guidance regarding the approach to project Go-Lives and the impact on operational processes. + Lead the management of stakeholders in particular Finance Leads and General Managers ensuring full engagement, communication and escalation where necessary to ensure this priority program is addressed to a high standard in a timely way. + Work closely with the Global program team responsible for the rollout of D365FO and ensure that the US team members are educated in and are following the “Global ways of working” to deliver the rollout successfully. + Contribute proactively to RAID management ensuring that risks, issues, actions and decisions are exposed and managed in a timely manner in conjunction with the Global program lead. + Provide regular reports with contribution to Steer Co and Weekly reports. + Work closely with the Global Process Owners (GPOs) ensuring that the US team have a solid understanding of Global Processes and are engaging with GPOs accordingly when processes are challenged at a regional level. + Demonstrate a strong understanding of ERP processes to support the transformation team and to offer sound guidance and advice across all workstreams as and when needed. + Demonstrate an understanding of system integrations. Whilst not being a technical expert, you should have a sound knowledge of how different business applications integrate. + Provide support to the project team in relation to aspects of data covering data quality, data cleansing, data migration methodology. + Provide oversight to ensure Business Transformation forms part of the overall project deliverables. This includes ensuring business users are adequately trained and support processes are in place. + Ensure there is a clear and consistent approach to communication with all stakeholders ranging from senior stakeholders to end-users. + Act as a conduit between the transformation and project teams and the business ensuring that we always have strong engagement with required business users. **Skills / Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree in a business field. Advanced degree desired. + 10 plus years of progressive accounting/finance experience developing into senior financial leadership roles partnering with executives. + Strong understanding of D365FO architecture and modules. + Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power Platform, Azure) and their integration with D365FO. + Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience. + Proven track record in managing large-scale ERP implementations. + Strategic thinker to scale finance function of the Americas in support of our growth ambition of doubling the size of the business in the next 3-5 years. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment. + Strong leadership skills managing a diverse set of responsibilities and team members. + Effective influence skills and ability to lead organizational change. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work and interact with all levels of personnel in the company. + Ability to work across time zones and work with globally diverse cultures. + International and/or Private Equity experience a plus. + Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities. + Excellent communication skills to articulate project goals, status, and challenges to diverse audiences. + Sensitivity and adaptability to work effectively across different cultures and regions. + Experience in managing projects in a multi-national environment. \#LI-SL1 **Company Overview** Element is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
