As a Program Development Consultant/Instructor, you will:
Design, develop, and deliver training programs that provide Haworth members and dealers knowledge and skills to meet Haworth's business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring experience facilitating training courses that are built for adult learners or have supervisory/leadership experience. A key component of success in this position is the ability to engage adult learners in a classroom setting where the role of the Program Development Consultant is not to be a presenter of information but rather a facilitator of learning.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in instructional technology, organization development, education or equivalent. Education Equivalency: Associate's degree in instructional technology, organization development, education or equivalent plus 2 years related experience or, High school diploma plus 4 years related experience.
Work Experience:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent written, verbal, and platform skills. Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, and training techniques. Ability to provide classroom instruction and/or facilitation to various audiences ranging in class size of 6 to 200.
