**The Opportunity**
**Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Director to join our Commercial Services Strategy & PMO team where you’ll join a team of colleagues and program management professionals who love what they do.** **This leader will drive effective cross-functional integration of potential acquisitions or strategic relationships and management for key strategic priorities that support Hyatt’s growth strategy. In this role, you will build capability playbooks, liaise with global team members, and Commercial Services senior leadership to create repeatable processes for efficiency and effectiveness, balance dependencies with other key strategic priorities, and deliver on time/budget initiatives. **The Role**
The Program Director, Integrations will orchestrate the execution of our CS growth strategy across stakeholder groups. This leader will manage project orchestration for key initiatives, assess cross-functional dependencies, and optimize our delivery and execution. The role closely partners with other Strategic Priority PMs and is deeply embedded in planning sessions, deployment, and stakeholder communication and management.
•Lead CS growth portfolio by bringing together CS SMEs, Transactions, external deal teams, Finance, and partner leaders to align on prioritized, outcome-driven action plans to drive commercial value
•Manage Program oversight for CS Growth and key initiatives -- staying highly coordinated with associated PMO functions across the company, laddering up into PM for CS
•Manage the execution of each CS integration ‘end-to-end’ in collaboration with global and regional Hyatt colleagues and as required external partner/selling entities
•Serve as a central communication hub for leadership stakeholders to engage with on status and input -- including establishing and leading commercial workstreams, steer co, EXCOM updates, etc.
•Establish playbooks for use across CS to manage multi-hotel portfolio deals/strategic transactions to make integration activities repeatable process including templates, ways of working, executive communications, etc.
**Qualifications:**
**Experience Required:**
•Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
•15 years of program management experience with 10 years of progressive leadership experience
•Experience facilitating large-scale programs and/or product rollout – designing plans with clear dependencies and timelines with a focus on outcome-oriented planning
•Ability to creatively solve problems, develop new tactics and address implementation obstacles
•History of delivering results and implementing change
•Proven ability to collaborate across a highly matrixed organization and achieve goals through direct and indirect influence
•Highly motivated, assertive self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as an active team participant and cross-functional collaborator
•Experience establishing a culture of data-informed decision-making and accountability
•Exceptional communication skills able to tell data stories to business stakeholders and answer what happened, why, and so what!
