Program Director, Lean Six Sigma

As a Program Director\nof Lean Six Sigma at Honeywell, you will manage governance, data, resource\nallocation, and reporting for a newly launched Lean Six Sigma program in\nHoneywell’s Energy & Sustainability Solutions division. You will manage the\nannual intake of nominees to be certified and mentor/mentee pairing assignments.  You will lead interaction with\ncandidates to support their program experience, including kickoff meetings,\ntimeline reminders, Q&A, and community activities.  You will own a set of certification and\ngrowth/productivity benefit targets which you will track and report progress\nagainst monthly.  You will report\ndirectly to our VP of Transformation, and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC\nlocation on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY\nRESPONSIBILITIES

Manage all aspects of development and deployment of best-in-class six sigma certification programGovern certification program and maintain dataAudit, develop, and improve existing certification support materials e.g. training, templates, etc.Match business needs with capable six sigma certified talent to drive faster and higher-quality process improvement in the business/functionsEstablish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to executive leadership on the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and their impact on productivity, cost savings, and revenue/income growth.

YOU MUST\nHAVE

 Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management, project management, Kaizen, six sigma or related rolesMinimum of 6 years working in a large multi-layered corporation or organization >$1B in annual turnoverSix Sigma Black Belt or Lean Expert certification
