As the Program Director, Talent Acquisition you will oversee the contingent workforce, manage vendor relationships and compliance.  You will collaborate  with key stakeholders across HR,IT,  procurement, and business units to drive talent acquisition projects and programs.

In this role you will:

Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of programs and vendors for on-time, high-quality delivery.

Manage vendors and programs critical to Talent Acquisition (TA) operations.

Ensure global TA alignment with regional regulations, policies, and best practices.

Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and data-driven decisions.

Improve workflows for contingent labor, onboarding, invoicing, and off-boarding to increase efficiency.

Standardize processes to enhance the candidate and employee experience.

Lead change management initiatives for TA enablement.

Use data insights to identify trends, recommend improvements, and enhance the candidate journey.

Negotiate contracts and SLAs, assessing TA vendors for cost-effectiveness and quality.

Partner with TA Branding to continually evolve dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for data-driven decisions

Support regular reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

We’re excited about you if you have:

10+ years in progressive Talent Acquisition roles, including leadership experience

4+ years designing, optimizing, and leading global talent programs, with a focus on recruitment

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Strong project management and process improvement expertise

Advanced knowledge of global HR compliance, employment laws, and industry standards

Proficiency in HRIS systems; Workday preferred

Experience with RFPs and managing global vendor partnerships

Prior experience managing and implementing global background check vendor partnerships

Proven leadership in Global HR transformation initiatives

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across multiple geographies

Experience with HRIS systems and recruiting platforms (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, job posting sites)

Global mindset with expertise in cross-cultural collaboration and international business practices

Strong communication and leadership skills
