RESPONSIBILITIES

Full operational responsibility and accountability for the execution of the program Monitors service delivery, subcontractor performance, and allocation of resources Manages all contractual, technical, financial, and administration functions Manages efficient team performance to meet task, resource, and schedule requirements Ensures successful contract performance, customer satisfaction, and contract compliance Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components Possesses and applies a comprehensive project management knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments Oversee all aspects of multiple projects/changes and workstreams Primary POC for any technical, performance, or contractual issues Architecting solutions to support health services and comparative effectiveness research
