We are seeking a Program Director to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA.

 

Join an exciting opportunity to launch and lead Merakey’s new outpatient substance use disorder program. As the Program Director, you will be pivotal in overseeing daily operations, driving program implementation, and evaluating outcomes to ensure quality and effectiveness. Reporting directly to the Senior Executive Director, you’ll shape the program’s success and impact while potentially managing a small caseload during the initial growth phase. This is a unique chance to build a transformative program from the ground up.

 

Annual starting salary: $80,000, plus mileage reimbursement.

Position Details 

Develop and implement strategies to build a sustainable outpatient program model, fostering growth and continuous improvement in service delivery. Oversee budget management, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain compliance with organizational policies and state regulations. Monitor and evaluate program performance to ensure alignment with evidence-based practices, regulatory standards, and organizational goals. Supervise and support program staff, overseeing recruitment, training, performance management, and fostering professional development opportunities.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation and long-term success of outpatient programs through strategic planning, quality assurance, and effective leadership.
