Intrepid Global Solutions (Intrepid) is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Program Director to join our National Security, Engineering, and Technology Solutions (NSETS) business unit. This position will serve as a key member of the National Security leadership team and will be responsible for the expansion of Intrepid’s Mission IT and Engineering & Integration core capabilities within the Intelligence Community (IC).

The Program Director must be able to drive strategic growth in Mission IT and Engineering & Integration as it aligns with Intrepid’s and the Customer’s strategic direction. The successful individual must initiate and participate in account strategy development, assist with business development and capture activities, and create an environment conducive to staff development and professional growth.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Drive strategic growth in Mission IT and Engineering & Integration scope programs within the IC. Initiate and participate in company account strategy development. Build and cultivate industry relationships. Build and cultivate customer relationships. Assist with building candidate pipeline for future new hires in the following skill areas: System Engineering, Cyber, Cloud, Data, Application Development, and Networks. Assist with business development and capture activities to win new business. Assist with responding to RFIs and Market Surveys. Assist with proposal activities to win new business.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

20+ years of relevant experience 10+ years in a leadership role Customer IC domain experience and deep knowledge of McLean-based IC customer programs Experience working in IC-based Mission IT and/or Engineering & Integration scope programs Successful experience identifying, qualifying, and winning small to large captures Established relationships with Industry partners supporting the IC

 

DESIRED QUALIIICATIONS:

PMP certification Experience leading large IC programs Experience introducing innovation to solve customer challenges related to IT and Engineering & Integration programs
