Program Director
Amergis
The Program Director plans, coordinates, and oversees the day to day operation of the assigned program or project. The Program Director is responsible for maintaining budgets and records pertaining to the program expenditures, implementing policies and procedures, and organizing the activities for the program. The program serves clients with co-occurring mental heath and substance use disorders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Provide direct service to clients of the program, as necessary and appropriate. (clinical)
+ Supervise the timely collection and reporting of data concerning the program, as required by funding sources and regulatory agencies or as requested by the Deputy Director of Clinical Services. This includes collecting and submitting to Progress Foundation Administration the information necessary to produce monthly billings, and collecting, recording, safekeeping and submitting client fees to the agency's fiscal department in a timely manner. + Develop and participate in an on-call system for the program that ensures that program leadership is available to counseling staff at all times. (programmatic)
+ Monitor the variable expenditures of the program, keeping within the budget line item amounts. (administrative)
+ Supervise the development of all staff work schedules, including arrangements for vacations, holidays, illnesses, compensatory time off, and fill-in coverage. (administrative)
+ Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Clinical Services, including but not limited to meeting attendance, preparation of reports, and completion of special projects. (administrative)
Minimum Requirements:
+ Spanish Speaking preferred
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health services administration, or another related field preferred
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
