We are looking for a dedicated Program Director like you to be a part of our team. **Job Summary and Qualifications** The Program Director supports the development and execution of nursing strategic plans, provides support for strategic programs/initiatives, and manages the Nursing Collaborative program in support of the overall Nursing strategy. As a part of this role, the Program Director owns a significant portion of project responsibility, overseeing project teams to ensure work is completed in a quality and timely fashion to meet business objectives, and managing workflows across multiple projects. In addition to being highly organized, results-driven, and detail-oriented, this candidate must demonstrate strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills needed to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. **GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES** •Leads program/operational efforts for Nursing Collaborative including: o Partnering with key stakeholders to develop qualitative and quantitative analyses to generate strategic insights o Planning, organizing, and facilitating medium-to-large strategy and design sessions with corporate, division, and facility leaders to analyze performance and identify strategic priorities o Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive strategic plans that define a set of tasks, responsibilities, and timelines across multiple departments o Proactively identifying and resolving issues; managing program/project deliverables, and mitigating risk to ensure plan execution o Monitoring and evaluating the progress of the initiatives and outcomes to ensure program effectiveness o Storyboarding effectively, creating, and delivering executive level presentations at multiple levels of the organization o Monitoring and regularly assessing the quality and effectiveness of the Nursing Collaborative program •Plans, organizes, and facilitates Clinical Services & Nursing Leadership Councils to ensure coordination, alignment, and execution of key strategic initiatives in support of our clinical goals •Supports strategic initiatives and oversees the development and execution of deliverables and solutions across a portfolio of projects and teams •Supports the coordination and development of all Executive Deliverables for Clinical Services Group including Governance meetings, Business plans and various other leadership presentations **EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION** •College Graduate with 7-10 years healthcare experience required; Hospital operations experience preferred •3-5 years of experience in Strategy/ Operations/ Program Management required •Medium-to-large scale project coordination experience is required •Expert understanding of PowerPoint Management Work Experience **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES** •Relationship/Interpersonal Skills - Demonstrated ability to build relationships and strong interpersonal skills •Presentation Development skills - Exceptional written and oral communication skills with an emphasis on quality and accuracy •Adaptability – Ability to manage many complex projects simultaneously in team environment. •Team - Ability to manage and direct teams to fulfill project obligations, ensuring high quality of work. •Organization - Proactively prioritize initiatives and have keen ability to multi-task. •Communication – Communicate clearly, proactively, and concisely with all key stakeholders •Facilitation – ability to facilitate medium to large groups of people at various organizational levels for purposes of planning, problem solving, or strategy development. •Customer orientation - Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships, building trust and respect by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations. •Analytical skills – ability to analyze and synthesize data to support overall strategy and/or narrative **PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS** •Travel: 10-20% **HCA Healthcare (Corporate)** , based in Nashville, Tennessee, supports a variety of corporate roles from business operations to administrative positions.
