Program Director
Location: San Francisco, CA About Us: Join our dedicated team, where we provide essential mental health services to our community. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Program Director to lead our acute program. Key Responsibilities: + Lead and manage all operations of the acute program. + Ensure compliance with policies and procedures. + Advocate for program needs and represent management. + Promote Social Rehabilitation practices. + Chair staff meetings and respond to emergencies. + Participate in agency initiatives and policy discussions. + Provide direct service to clients as needed. + Supervise data collection and reporting. + Develop and manage staff schedules. + Conduct staff supervision and evaluations. + Oversee recruitment, hiring, and training of staff. Minimum Qualifications: + 3+ years in community mental health, including supervisory experience. + Preferred experience in residential treatment or social rehabilitation. + Effective communication skills, both oral and written. + Good judgment and emotional stability. + Ability to navigate multiple flights of stairs during shifts. + Clearance with California State Department of Social Services. + Valid California driver’s license and insurability. + CPR/First Aid certification.
