Location: San Francisco, CA

About Us: Join our dedicated team, where we provide essential mental health services to our community. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Program Director to lead our acute program.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all operations of the acute program. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Advocate for program needs and represent management. Promote Social Rehabilitation practices. Chair staff meetings and respond to emergencies. Participate in agency initiatives and policy discussions. Provide direct service to clients as needed. Supervise data collection and reporting. Develop and manage staff schedules. Conduct staff supervision and evaluations. Oversee recruitment, hiring, and training of staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years in community mental health, including supervisory experience. Preferred experience in residential treatment or social rehabilitation. Effective communication skills, both oral and written. Good judgment and emotional stability. Ability to navigate multiple flights of stairs during shifts. Clearance with California State Department of Social Services. Valid California driver’s license and insurability. CPR/First Aid certification.
