This position oversees two inpatient programs (under one roof). This role is 100% on-site and has NO hybrid or remote capacity.
The Telecare Thurston Mason E&T (Evaluation and Treatment) is an acute 15-bed adult intensive treatment program. The program provides services to individuals experiencing severe psychiatric symptoms who may benefit from more structured services, support, and a secure setting. The program provides recovery-focused services. Telecare programs transform lives, generate measurable outcomes, and reduce financial costs. Services are designed to respond to local needs and function as a strategic, accountable, and experienced partner within systems of care. The E&T is designated as a facility providing both voluntary and involuntary psychiatric care. E&T residents are ages 18+ and stay an average of 14 days.
Olympia Next Steps is a long-term civil commitment acute 10-bed Evaluation & Treatment Center that will provide services to individuals experiencing severe psychiatric symptoms and can benefit from more structured services, and support in a secure setting. The program will provide recovery-focused services for the residents and provide a local alternative to long-term state hospital commitment. Residents can remain close to their family, friends, and community. Telecare programs transform lives, generate measurable outcomes, and reduce financial costs. Services are designed to respond to local needs and function as a strategic, accountable, and experienced partner within systems of care.
The Licensed Administrator manages all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Program. This involves ensuring regulatory compliance and actively overseeing quality assurance performance improvements. Additionally, the Administrator collaborates with all corporate departments and outside consultants and represents the Program to State/County agencies, community partners, and consumer groups.
Expected starting wage range is $127,357.12 - $157,289.14. The full wage range goes up to $187,221.15. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
· Masters in Social Services with a state license (e.g. LICSW LMHC LPC).
· Two (2) years of responsibility for supervision of professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing
· Four (4) years of experience in an administrative management position in a Behavioral Healthcare setting

· Manages the Program within allocated budgetary parameters and collaborates in the development of the fiscal budget
