Program Director - (LPN) - Full-Time 1st Shift
We are currently recruiting for a LPN Memory Care Director for our 26-bed memory care, The Gardens.  You will be responsible for the day-to day operations, specializing in the care of individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s, by managing staff, implementing person centered care plans, ensuring compliance with regulations, and acting as a primary liaison between residents, families and staff, all while prioritizing the well-being and safety of residents within the facility in collaboration with the Resident Care Director/RN and RC Administrator.  Apply today!
