Competitive Salary:$65,000 to $80,000 per year.
Schedule:Full-time role, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM
Location:Hempstead, NY.

Your Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead with Vision:Oversee daily operations and supervise a professional team to ensure our vocational services achieve and surpass program goals.
+ Drive Results:Manage client services, from vocational assessments and case management to job placements, while tracking progress and reporting outcomes.
+ Cultivate Partnerships:Build and maintain professional relationships with probation and state personnel, participating in task forces and attending relevant meetings and conferences.
+ Innovate and Implement:Develop, recommend, and enforce policies and procedures that meet industry standards and funder requirements.
+ Ensure Excellence:Prepare budgets, compile reports, and manage office operations with attention to detail.
+ Empower Your Team:Provide training, professional development, and support to staff, fostering their growth and ensuring they can effectively assist our clients.
+ Stay Informed:Keep up-to-date with workforce trends and vocational services to continuously enhance our program’s impact.
What We’re Looking For:
+ Qualifications:A Master’s Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation, Licensed Mental Health Counseling, or a related field AND a CRC certification is 100% required. Having an Offender Workforce Development Specialist (OWDS) and/or Global Career Development Facilitator certification is preferred.
+ Experience:At least three years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles, with a strong grasp of vocational and educational services.
+ Skills:Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
+ Other Requirements:Valid NYS driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
