Join our client's team in Alexandria, VA as a Senior Program Engagement Coordinator!

About the Job:

Provide administrative support for the board and volunteer groups.Schedule and coordinate meetings, draft materials, arrange logistics, and attend meetings as needed.Ensure project timelines are followed through strategic streamlining of operations.Supervise contracts or staff during functions and act as a point of contact with volunteer groups.Provide additional support as needed to facilitate the work of these groups.

About You:

A bachelor's degree in project management or another related field is highly preferred.4+ years of experience in program coordination in an association field are required.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and Teams with a tech savviness are required.Ability to travel for the annual conference.

About the Position:
