Come join a company that strives for _Extraordinary People and Exceptional Performance_ ! **Chenega Services & Federal Solutions, LLC** , a **Chenega Professional Services** ’ company, is looking for an **Program** **Evaluation Specialist** to provide HAB and Epilepsy programs support for statistical analysis of complex survey data, web content and design, administrative support, health communications, and program evaluation in order to meet public health goals and objectives of the Arthritis, Alzheimer’s, and Epilepsy programs.

**Responsibilities**
+ Design process, outcome (short-term), and impact (long-term) outcomes to evaluate and to inform appropriate research designs and statistical analyses for all aspects of program implementation and meet program priorities and goals. Use of CDC Evaluation Framework is required.
+ Design and conduct needs assessments and Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis to assist with providing technical assistance for staff and funded partners in order to maximize impact.
+ Analyze evaluation data and prepare reports and/or manuscripts on findings regarding program impact, including identifying areas for improvements and strengthening activities to meet goals and priorities.
+ Search, synthesize, and interpret information and evidence relevant to public health priorities and make recommendations to program based on findings.
+ Review literature, analyze studies, assess practice-based research, and collaborate with SMEs to make recommendations for process, procedures, interventions, programs, and/or policies related to addressing public health programs.
+ Prepare presentations and present via webinars to recipients and other partners on best practice to conduct program evaluation.
+ Assess capacity for STLT Public Health Programs to support program evaluation and develop tailored evaluation training plan to meet needs.
+ Critique and advise on strategic and individual evaluation plans.
+ Provide additional support and guidance to assist in implementing evaluations by advising on logic models, evaluation designs, data collection strategies and instruments, review and critique evaluation products including reports and action plans, and cultivate learning opportunity experience for evaluation liaisons.
+ Distribute and collaborate on training materials (i.e., manuals, slide sets, webinars) related to data in program evaluation.
+ Provide input and assistance in evaluation designs, data collection, data analysis, interpretation, and reporting to evaluators in the Branch and in the field.
+ Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in related field, Master’s preferred
+ 7+ years of experience
+ Experience in research, analysis, evaluation of health or human services-related programs.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills
+ Welldeveloped problem-solving skills, and a fine eye for detail.
+ Strong computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
