Program Excellence (PX) Coordinator
Position Overview: The Program Excellence Coordinator supports the execution and management of advertising campaigns and client projects from inception to completion. This role works closely with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, digital, and strategy to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong interest in project management, advertising and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist PX Managers/Directors in coordinating the day-to-day activities of assigned projects, ensuring smooth workflow and communication among team membersTrack project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are metCollaborate with internal teams (account, creative, digital, strategy) to maintain project schedules and monitor progressOrganize and attend project meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action itemsProactively identify potential risks and work with PX Managers/Directors to resolve issuesCoordinate approvals and feedback between internal and external stakeholdersEnsure that all project assets are properly stored, organized, and archivedAdditional Functional Responsibilities:
Routes project assets through each stage of development and drives QC processManages day-to-day project status, communicating deliverables and timingMaintains and updates daily priority hot sheets (GSD)Supports submission process with oversight from PX leadsSupports PX leads with smaller-scale projects across multiple clients/brandsQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related fieldStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Wrike, Asana, Trello, etc.) is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentTeam player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitudeIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $52,700.00 - $87,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
