Program Finance Manager

Visit arcfield.com for more details. Responsibilities Job Summary: As the Program Finance Manager, this individual will manage a team of program financial analysts. They will assess program performance, track performance against program budgets, and act as the technical expert on financial analysis issues. They will work closely with Program Managers, customers, PMO teams, program financial analysts, and leadership on all financial aspects of the programs to include revenue forecasting, variance tracking, invoicing, customer reporting, estimate at completes (EACs). They will provide reporting of key program metrics to senior management. This individual will be the main point of contact for the sector Senior Vice President for all financial aspects of the portfolio. Major Responsibilities/Activities Statements: Solid understanding of all government contract types and related contract terms and conditions Understanding of FAR/DCAA/CAS compliance requirements Knowledge of revenue recognition rules and regulations Costpoint Project Setup proficiency (includes set up of the WBS, revenue, billing, ceilings, funding, PLCs, etc.) Ensure all corporate and customer reports are submitted according to schedules and deadlines. Ensure program financial analysts are entering appropriate forecasting into FocusPoint. Assist with compiling data for external and government audits Review monthly reports and invoices to ensure accuracy Coordinate monthly program and sector forecasts for direct costs, revenue, and profit Assist with proposal activities to include strategy and review of financial deliverables Prepare monthly corporate reporting and brief sector Senior Vice President on results and variance explanations Ad hoc reporting as requested. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: BS with 10-12 years or Master's with 8-10 or PhD with 5-7 years of related Program Finance experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or equivalent work experience. Experience within the defense industry Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change Well organized, reliable, and highly motivated with ability to handle multiple projects and produce timely, high quality work Outstanding work ethic and commitment to organizational success Proficient with Microsoft Office products Advance Excel modeling skills with ability to mine, consolidate, and report on complex data structures resulting in visibility for decision support (queries, pivots, lookups, etc) Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation) Desired: Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint, Cognos, and TM1 (FocusPoint) preferred.
