**Description:** You will be the Financial/Program Cost Control Lead for the Advanced Rotary Wing & Ground Systems \(ARWGS\) team\. Our team is responsible for providing financial leadership and expertise to the Program Management team, ensuring effective cost control and financial management\. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Financial/Program Cost Control Lead, you will be responsible for leading the financial management of the ARWGS program, including budget creation and maintenance, customer reporting, and financial analysis, while providing guidance and support to the Business Operations team\. Your responsibilities will include: • Creating, maintaining, and tracking program budgets and financial plans • Preparing and coordinating customer reports, including detailed variance explanations • Conducting cost research and analysis to support financial decision\-making • Overseeing, managing, training, and mentoring financial analysts • Coordinating and executing monthly reviews, quarterly CSR's, Program Manager reviews, E&Y audits, and other ad\-hoc and internal reporting • Providing financial leadership and expertise to the Program Management team **Why Join Us** We're looking for a seasoned financial professional with strong leadership and analytical skills, experience in program cost control, and a track record of success in financial management\. CITIZEN \- The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\. **Basic Qualifications:** Experience with: \- Earned Value Management System policies and procedures and associated metrics \(EV Lite\) \- Contract Status Reporting \(CSR\) process & corporate standard policies \- Strategic planning forecasts for Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash Flow \- Monthly & quarterly Estimate at Complete \(EAC\) process to include program Risks & Opportunities \- Forecasting & negotiating functional budgets Other Basic Qualifications include: \- Knowledge of M&FC accounting structure \- Must be able to demonstrate excellent coordination, communication and self\-starter skills \- Demonstrate ability to work well with Program and Financial management \- Must be able to train team and ensure tasks are complete, accurate and on schedule \- Excellent Analytical and Problem\-Solving Skills **Desired Skills:** \- Awareness of 1LMX initiatives to include COBRA & Oracle \- Experienced with Direct Contracts: Fixed Price \(FP\) and Cost Plus \(CP\) contracts \- Understanding of different types of Revenue Recognition \- Strong communication and presentation skills \- Knowledge of proposal/estimating process \- Supervisory experience/ Full Spectrum Leadership skills **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\. **Clearance Level:** Secret **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\.
