The Opportunity:
As a Program Financial Analyst, you will be integral to our financial planning and reporting processes. Your role will involve analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on financial and operational data to support and guide decision-making. Responsibilities:
As a Financial Analyst in this position, your primary responsibilities will include:
Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze, interpret, and report on financial and operational data to guide strategic decisions.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate financial performance against plans, budgets, and forecasts. Identify variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure that all financial reports and analyses comply with the contract, maintaining high levels of accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications:
Required:
Active TS/SCI clearance required,
Educational Background: Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, including advanced skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, charts, lookups, and functions).
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with experience in interpreting complex financial data and providing actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
Problem-solving: Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Desired:
Experience with COGNOS, Costpoint, P2P, or Chrome River a plus.
Proficient in MS Excel
BA in Finance Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
Familiarity with financial modeling techniques.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
