Program Financial Analyst II

As a Program Financial Analyst III, you will be responsible for front end administration. This position will work closely with key stakeholders to develop program baselines, EACs, what-if's, and variance analysis. You will also provide ad-hoc reports, develop proposal financial representations (i.e. cash flows, time-phased cost breakouts, cost element mix, etc.), and track program progress weekly. You will also support the Finance eaders in fulfilling their responsibilities to ongoing cross department continuous improvement, problem solving, and project testing and implementation.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study and typically 2+ years of relevant experienceA higher level degree may substitute for experienceRelated experience may be considered in lieu of required educationAbility to effectively and clearly communicate program and financial related information to various levels of leadershipProficiency with Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, custom modeling, macros, queries) and MS Office SuitePrevious relevant industry experience (i.e. DoD, NASA, DoE)Demonstrated EVM knowledge and skillsDeltek CobraThe ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $71,338.47 - $98,090.40. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
